Khelo Bangla (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless the match is cancelled or postponed.

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or identities.
• Betting using match-fixing, score manipulation, or insider information.
• Transferring funds from money laundering or illegal sources through the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manage your account.
• Attempting to infiltrate or compromise the platform's systems or security.
• Harassment, fraud, or inappropriate conduct towards other members.
• Assisting minors in opening an account.

Khelo Bangla reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — under the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Upon receipt of an order from a court or government authority.
• When necessary to address security risks or maintain system integrity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be considered for refund after the investigation is complete. Funds may be held while the investigation is ongoing.

Members may also request to close their account at any time through the support team. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed.

• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure — including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions that result in service disruption.
• Any loss or damage arising from third-party websites or services.

In all circumstances, Khelo Bangla's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in the member's account. Claims for indirect or consequential losses will not be accepted.
